Terri Morris owned her first piece of real estate by the age of 21. Terri is a graduate of the University of Mars Hill, Mars Hill, NC with a degree in Accounting and Marketing. She moved to NYC to work in the fashion business on Madison Avenue. After 23 years of the Manhattan Skyline and a growth of acquiring diverse properties from farming to shorefront, Terri found herself moving to Aiken where she has remained for over 10 years to continue her passion for real estate and equestrian sports.

In Aiken, Terri enjoys many of Aiken's finest attractions like riding, beagling, fox hunting, and competing alongside her family.

I am here to aid my clients in navigating their search until they have identified their top choices. It takes time to uncover and understand what brings you to your goal of moving to the Aiken area. This can happen in many ways when searching for the perfect property. Either by renting in Aiken to explore the many aspects of the Aiken lifestyle, visiting to search for properties, virtually through an internet search, FaceTime, Zoom calls, or a real estate portal set up for you via Coldwell Banker.

We will use one or a combination of these techniques that personally work for you.

The Honey House at Bramble Farm is on a pretty 5.5-acre horse farm. You can enjoy coffee outside while listening to the birds. A good dog is welcome upon approval, but if yours barks, chews, or chases animals, please leave him/her home. A private fenced-in yard is for your pet’s use.

The Lodge was incredible! The rooms were perfect sizes and the fireplaces made it so warm and cozy on the cold winter nights. I think one of the best parts was the heater function in the bathrooms! It was consistently warm at all times. The outdoor fireplace was great as well! I spent a good few mornings just reading a book outside next to it. It was used once but just the aesthetic of it made it feel so homey. My kids really enjoyed the lower level with all the games they had! Overall a great Christmas family escape!
